Clopay garage doors “rocked the block” on season four of the HGTV competition series. Design teams battled it out over six weeks as they transformed identical houses in a Colorado neighborhood into luxurious homes that reflect their signature style and vision.
Realtors say curb appeal brings buyers through the door and this season, the competition heated up as the teams got to choose any Clopay door model to finish the street-facing three-car garage.
Their door selections had quite on impact.
Avante aluminum and glass garage door, black frame with frosted glass
Canyon Ridge 5-Layer Carriage House door, Design 11 w/ REC14 windows in Black paint finish
Canyon Ridge Louver door, Design 11 with long windows, Walnut stain
The team that added the most value to their property won bragging rights as Rock the Block champions and had a street named in their honor.
The judges crowned Michel Smith Boyd and Anthony Elle from HGTV’s Luxe for Less the winners with the highest appraisal value.

The other designers were Bryan and Sarah Baeumler (Renovation Island); farmhouse fanatic Jonathan Knight and high-end residential designer Kristina Crestin (Farmhouse Fixer); and from Fix My Flip, billion-dollar real estate broker and house-flipping expert Page Turner and contractor Mitch Glew.
The houses were built by Landmark Homes in Heron Lakes, a Hillside Commercial Group community, in Berthoud, Colorado.
Clopay dealer One Clear Choice managed the installation.
